Indigo on the Beach
Indigo on the Beach allows you to dine or enjoy a refreshing drink without ever leaving those stunning ocean views. The open-sided room and terrace with wooden floors merge with the sand and sea. Stroll in whenever you feel like a snack or a much-needed chilled drink, bare feet are fine with us. Come evening, dinner is served as the sun sets over the ocean. Indigo on the Beach offers the flexibility and variety that is just what your vacation calls for.

The freshness and availability of superb ingredients, cooked with care, produces delicious options from light bites to evening meals. And of course, we never forget the little ones – they have their very own menu! Serving seafood, salads, freshly baked breads and satisfying pasta dishes Indigo on the Beach is popular throughout the day ​
East
With a reputation as one of the best restaurants in Antigua, East also attracts many visitors from around the island. Entering through tall, carved Indonesian doors the dark wood and fuschia interior is seductive. Japanese, Thai and Indonesian dishes all feature on the menu, expertly created by our multi-national culinary team. Choices include freshly-caught seafood, duck, beef, chicken, lamb and vegetarian options, all prepared with the tantalising flavours of the east.

This is a sophisticated and stylish dining experience and perfect for celebrating a special time together. Dinner in East is your chance to shake off the sand, dress up and create holiday memories to treasure for years to come. East is also an ideal venue for a wedding breakfast or a family occasion. Ottimo!
A feast of authentic Italian dining in a less formal setting, poolside under the shade. Ottimo! is often the first choice for lunch or a casual dinner with the family. The wood-fired oven produces the most sublime pizzas while the menu also includes antipasti, crispy salads and gelato to cool off. Ottimo! looks after the younger guests too with its Little Ottimo! menu.

This is a holiday dining experience that appeals to everyone. You will have the chance to spend time together and enjoy really good food simply prepared. This is what Ottimo! delivers.
Jetty Grill
The Jetty Grill boasts another superb setting, overlooking the Carlisle Bay jetty and those clear blue Caribbean waters. Adult-only dining, it still retains a relaxed atmosphere making the most of the unrivalled views and gentle sea breezes. The rich aromas of grilling meats, fresh seafood and a carafe of fruity wine in such a magical setting will create a lasting holiday feeling.

About the Suites

Garden Suites

Opening onto the lush tropical foliage of the gardens and with partial views of the ocean, the Garden Suites at Carlisle Bay offer a special island experience. The sweet scent of the gardens mixed with the gentle ocean breeze is a combination that will revive body and mind. 
 
At a spacious 72 square metres (770 square feet) and with a split-level, open-plan design they deliver a sense of ease and luxuriant comfort. Sleeping two adults with a king-size bed, guests will awake to the sounds and views of the ocean and the island. These luxury Caribbean suites are perfect for a romantic Caribbean escape. Alternatively, two pairs of Garden Suites interconnect to suit families or groups of friends. 
 
Accommodates a maximum of 3 persons and children of any age.
 

Ocean Suites

Situated whereat one end of the beach, the Ocean Suites offer expansive views of the water from their floor to ceiling windows. Light-filled with a discreetly elegant décor they are ideal for escaping or re-connecting.
 
Generously spacious with floor areas of 72 square metres (770 square feet) the Ocean Suites are split-level and have open-plan bedrooms and sitting areas. Bathrooms are large and feature a bath and walk-in shower as well as gorgeous toiletries, thick soft towels and plush robes.  Four pairs of Ocean Suites can interconnect should you wish to keep friends or family close by for your wedding or celebration at Carlisle Bay.

Bay Suites

Celebrate romance with an exclusive Bay Suite, the newest accommodation choice at Carlisle Bay. A haven of privacy, bespoke luxury and utter indulgence they are perfect for a honeymoon stay, for wedding couples or those celebrating a milestone. They are reserved for adults only and are located at the quieter, more private end of our magnificent crescent-shaped beach.
 
When you awake in the morning, step out into a warm tropical embrace of sand and sea and enjoy spectacular views of the ocean. Each suite has a private butler service, Vodka and Rum Bar set up and luxuriant Temple Spa toiletries, among many other special touches. Your butler will be happy to organise a dinner for two on the adjacent jetty under the Caribbean moonlight for the ultimate romantic experience
 
Two adults only.

Beach Balcony Suites

Located on the family-dedicated area of the resort, the upper level Beach Balcony Suites have the advantage of two separate bedrooms and a balcony off the master bedroom with beach views. This makes them ideal for family holidays in the Caribbean, offering space and privacy as well as proximity to all the activities of the beach. 
 
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds for up to two children to the age of 15. Cribs for babies are also available on request. Comfort and style are reflected in the bright, tasteful décor and furnishings and all the extra touches you would expect are included. You can be assured that your family will be thrilled with their stay here.

Beach Terrace Suites

The Beach Terrace Suites are the same in layout and configuration as the Beach Balcony Suites except that they are on ground level. Emerging from your spacious suite you will be directly on the beach which for children eager to participate in our many water activities will be a huge bonus!
 
The furnishings display the same discreet luxury and easy comfort with all modern conveniences included. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds for up to two persons to the age of 15. Baby cribs can be provided. Outdoor living is also provided for with a terrace, day beds and dining area for the family to get together and still never miss a moment of glorious Caribbean sunshine. 
 
Accommodates a maximum of 4 persons; 2 adults and 2 children.

Carlisle Suites

Only four of these exclusive suites have been created at Carlisle Bay ensuring that they are impeccable and unsurpassed in every detail. As a result, the Carlisle Suites are the ultimate choice for resort accommodation in the Caribbean. Spacious, sun-filled and magnificently appointed they are ideal for sharing with other couples or for small family groups. The oceanfront terraces are large with uninterrupted views which are all your own.

There are two types of Carlisle Suite each comprising two king-size bedded rooms and one twin bedded room, all ensuite. Both also feature large sitting room areas extending onto the outdoor terraces, offering expanded living areas for your family or group. Carlisle Suite A also boasts a kitchen making it ideal for entertaining or preparing snacks and drinks. Carlisle Suite B has an L-shaped terrace giving you those uninterrupted views in every direction.
